【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesascreeningmethodforthedetectionofirradiatedfoodusingproceduresThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamicrobiologicalscreeningmethod(LAL/GNB)comprisingtwoprocedures,whicharecarriedoutinparallel.Itpermitstheidentificationofanunusualmicrobiologicalprofileinpoultrymeat.Thepresenceofalargeexcesspopulationofdeadmicro-organismscanundercertaincircumstancesbepresumptiveofirradiationtreatment,whichmeans,thattheresultsoftheLAL/GNBprocedurearenotradiationspecific.Therefore,itisrecommendedthatapositiveresultbeconfirmedusingastandardizedreferencemethodforthedetectionofirradiatedfood,e.g.EN1784,EN1785orEN1786.Thisscreeningmethodhasbeensuccessfullytestedbyinter-laboratorytrialsandtheprocedureisgenerallyapplicabletowholeorpartsofpoultry,e.g.breast,legs,wingsoffresh,chilledorfrozencarcasseswithorwithoutskin.Themethodcanalsoprovideinformationaboutthemicrobiologicalqualityofaproductpriortoirradiation.
