【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiesthelogicalcharacteristicsandsecurityfeaturesatthecard/systeminterfacefortheEuropeanCitizenCard.TheEuropeanCitizenCardisasmartcardwithIdentification,AuthenticationandelectronicSignature(IAS)services.Therefore:—thesupportedservicesarespecified;—thesupporteddatastructuresaswellastheaccesstothesestructuresarespecified;—thecommandsetisdefined.ThisTechnicalSpecificationhastheobjectiveofensuringtheinteroperabilityatcard/systeminterfaceintheusagephase.Inordertoreachtheinteroperabilityobjective,IASservicesarecomplianttoprEN14890part1andpart2.AstheCWAdocumentsofferoptions,thisspecificationfuHydefinesacompleteprofile.ThisspecificationalsoprovidesotherfeaturesnotdefinedintheCWAdocuments(biometriconcardmatching,commandchaining,roleauthentication...).ThisTechnicalSpecificationisalsocompliantwithICAOspecification(authenticationmethods,basicaccesscontrol...).ThisTechnicalSpecificationdoesnotmandatetheuseofaparticulartechnology,andisintendedtoallowbothnativeandJavacardtechnologies.Thisspecificationencompassesmandatoryandoptionalfeatures.Optionalfeaturesmakeupatoolboxofmodularoptionsfromwhichissuerscanpickupthenecessaryprotocolstofulfiltherequisitesoftheirusecases.MandatoryfeaturesarenecessarilytobeimplementedforasmartcardtobecomplianttothisTechnicalSpecification.TwolAS-enabledsmartcardsissuedbytwodifferentissuers,andcompliantwiththisTechnicalSpecificationbutimplementingdifferentmodularoptionsoutofthisTechnicalSpecification,caninteroperatewithaterminalprovidedsuchaterminalsupportsbothoptions.Therefore,interoperabilityrequiresaspecificagreementbetweenissuers/governmentsinordertodeterminewhichcross-borderservicesaretobeshared,andconsequentlywhichprotocolsaretobesupportedbytheterminalsineachcountry.AlltheAPDUcommandsdescribedinthisTechnicalSpecificationareinaccordancewithISO/IEC7816part4orpart8.Theyarefullydescribedhereinordertoprovidethesettingsadoptedbythisspecificationandtopreventanyambiguityincaseofseveralpossibleinterpretationsofthestandards.Forphysical,electricalandtransportprotocolcharacteristics,refertoCEN/TS15480-1.
